Our organization recently conducted a training of trainers session focused on gender sensitization for youth leaders. This program aimed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively educate their peers on gender-related issues, promote gender equality, and challenge harmful stereotypes and biases. Through interactive sessions, discussions, and practical exercises, attendees gained insights into understanding gender dynamics, fostering inclusivity, and advocating for positive change within their communities. By empowering these youth leaders as trainers, we are fostering a generation of change-makers committed to build a more equitable and inclusive society for all.
